Payment
Direct bookings are paid by credit card through Stripe. We take a 50% deposit at booking and the remaining 50% 60 days before arrival. A 3% credit card processing fee is included in the rate you see at checkout.
We don't store your card number — Stripe does. Same processor that handles billions in card payments daily; same fraud protection you'd get on any major e-commerce site.
Cancellation policy
Cancel 60+ days before arrival and you get a full refund minus the 3% credit-card processing fee (Stripe's fee, not ours — we don't get it back).
Cancel within 60 days of arrival and the deposit is non-refundable. Life happens — if there's an unusual circumstance, text Bill and we'll figure it out.
We don't oversell, we don't relocate guests, and we don't play resort-fee games. The price you book is the price you pay.
Add-ons
We offer paid early check-in and late check-out when the calendar allows. You'll see options during the pre-check-in flow after you book — your card is authorized but not charged until we confirm we can accommodate.
If a back-to-back booking makes it impossible, the hold is released and we apologize properly.
Where you'll see us elsewhere
These same three units are listed on Airbnb and VRBO. The prices are the same; the OTAs add their own service fees on top. Booking through this site avoids those.
If you've stayed with us through an OTA in the past and want to come back, just text Bill — past guests get the same direct rates without the OTA cut, every time.
